1. Services Provided:
a. Pragyan Security Services agrees to provide guard security services as outlined in the service agreement. b. Services may include but are not limited to on-site guards, patrols, monitoring, and emergency response.
2. Service Duration:
a. The service duration will be as specified in the service agreement or as agreed upon between Pragyan Security Services and the client. b. Any changes to the service duration must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Payment Terms:
a. The client agrees to pay the specified fees for the guard security services as outlined in the service agreement. b. Payment terms, including invoicing frequency and methods of payment, will be detailed in the service agreement.
4. Client Obligations:
a. The client agrees to provide necessary access to the premises and any relevant information required for the provision of services. b. The client will adhere to any security protocols or requirements outlined by Pragyan Security Services.
5. Confidentiality:
a. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the course of providing services. b. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third parties without prior written consent.
6. Liability and Indemnification:
a. Pragyan Security Services shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its control. b. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Pragyan Security Services harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client’s use of the services.
7. Termination:
a. Either party may terminate the service agreement upon written notice to the other party. b. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law:

9. Entire Agreement:
